DAMAGED GLASSES:
If your sunglasses were damaged in delivery, please email us a picture of the damaged glasses within 3 days of arrival.

Let us know if you want a refund or replacement.
We will issue you a refund
within 5 days.
We will mail you a replacement pair within 5 days. If there is a delay due to back order, we will email you.
EXCHANGE:
Day to Day Shades does not offer exchanges. Because we price our
sunglasses so low and shipping costs are high, all sales are final.
